Choose a time of your preference and if it conflicts I will contact you for other arrangements. Sometimes the best way to contact me is by leaving me a message at 979-242-3929. Living and working in a rural area limits my cell phone useage and sometimes if you leave a voice message on it, I will not always get it on the same day. Use my e-mail as well, it is fool proof and I can access it easier and is more reliable than my cell phone.
The standard home inspection process can take up to four hours. The age of the home has very little bearing due to the number of items that are inspected. All utilities should be on during the time of the inspection.

Rates
Standard Home Inspection:
$300 for residence up to 2500 square feet. $50 for every additional 1000 square feet. Example - 3900 square foot home inspection, $350.
Optional systems (not including pool inspections) $25.
